As a resident, your feedback is vital in order to improve neighborhood development strategies in Forest Park Southeast.  Please follow this link to print and complete the Forest Park Southeast Neighborhood Survey.

All personal information you provide will remain confidential.  Group data only will be shared with city and police officials, Forest Park Southeast bike patrols, Washington University Medical Center Redevelopment Corporation, and Park Central Development.  Data will also be available to the public at the January 25, 2012 Forest Park Southeast Safety and Security meeting held at Adams Elementary School and online at Blog 17 and on this site.

Please return this survey by November 31, 2011 to Park Central Development by mail at 4512 Manchester Ave., Suite 100, St. Louis, MO 63110 or during regular business hours, Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM.
